A crewmember may arrive in Russia without visa for various reasons. If an Aircraft was to have a planned parking at an airport and the crew to stay overnight in a hotel, not having a visa can make the border procedures difficult to the extent of putting a crewmember under arrest or the involuntary deportation from Russia.
We organize visas on arrival at Moscow and St. Petersburg airports within 1-2 hour timeframe.
