"Pulkovo Aircraft Services" (PAS) provides its activities since 2001, as a company for business & charter flights service organization.

PAS is the first Company in St.-Petersburg, which had been certified and licensed by Ministry of Transport of Russian Federation, according to State laws, branch requirements and instructions.

PAS also is the first Company in St.-Petersburg, which had been registered in ICAO as Aeronautical Agency with code "PGH".

PAS provides complete flight support and ground handling for more than 300 (three hundred) flights per month.

Last, but not least to mention, that PAS has been appointed as Handling Agent for all USA Presidential visits to St.-Petersburg within last years.

Further to the above mentioned, PAS plans training of qualified personnel abroad for implementation of aircraft maintenance and obtaining necessary equipment for towage, parking and line maintenance, which is not available at the time being at Pulkovo airport.
